LICENSE
The design software is licensed to the original customer for non-commercial home embroidery use on one computer and is subject to our standard licensing terms and conditions. Stitched designs may not be sold, bartered, auctioned or used for any fundraising purposes. We do not grant commercial use licenses at this time.

COPYRIGHTS
All embroidery designs and the design software are owned and copyrighted by Calico Crossroads® and are protected by United States copyright laws and international treaties. You may not copy the software except:

a) you may make one copy of the software for back-up or archival purposes and

b) you may transfer the software onto a hard drive provided you keep the original solely for back-up or archival purposes.

You may not copy the designs or the catalog, flyers or any other printed materials which accompany the software by use of any media. Copying the design(s) and the PDF file(s) in any form--printed or digital--and sharing files with friends are strictly prohibited.

OTHER RESTRICTIONS
You may not rent, lease or share the software. You may permanently transfer the software to another person provided that you transfer this license and the software together, do not retain any copies of the software and the recipient agrees to the terms of this license.

DEMONSTRATION COPIES (Resellers Only)
Software labeled "promotional," "shop demo CD " or otherwise provided on a promotional basis may only be used for demonstration, testing and evaluation purposes and may not be resold, shared or transferred.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Calico Crossroads®' liability and your exclusive remedy for a defective product shall be limited to replacement of defective software. If you have a damaged or malfunctioning CD, we will replace it within 30 days of purchase.  Products should be returned where purchased.

REFUNDS
Our designs are sold "as is." Due the nature of software, designs are not returnable or refundable unless the downloaded files are corrupted during delivery or the CD is received in a damaged condition. CD packages that have been opened are not returnable/refundable unless damaged.
